New Green Social Prescribing Resources

July 9, 2021 · by Becca Lovell · in Project progress, Publications · 1 Comment

We have begun to collate a set of resources to support the evidence needs of Green Social Prescribing practitioners. On the pages you will find (hopefully) helpful evidence and resources to support green social prescribing. The topics are:

  • Social prescribing
  • Nature and health
  • Mental health
  • Health promotion
  • Health inequalities
  • Evaluation methods
  • Volunteering
  • Communities
  • Systems working
  • Cost-benefit and economic values

These resources are in development and will be added to and updated regularly so please do keep checking back.

These pages are to support the evaluation of the Government’s flagship Green Social Prescribing test and learn pilots programme. You can read more about the project on the dedicated project pages.
