The Beyond Greenspace blog details the activities of the interdisciplinary research group based at the European Centre for Environment and Human Health part of the University of Exeter College of Medicine & Health. We keep it updated with outputs from our projects, and also with discussion of related research and activity from the project team and collaborators. We also post opportunities to work or study with us or to join events that we are involved in. We welcome your thoughts and feedback, and are always open to suggestion if anyone would like to write a guest blog on related topics.

Colleagues and research partners from across the University are also working towards better understanding the linkages from different (inter-)disciplinary standpoints, you can find out more about their work and outputs using these links: the Land, Environment, Economics and Policy Institute, the Environment and Sustainability Institute, Sustainable futures at UEBS, the Wellcome Centre for Cultures and Environments of Health, EMPS Natural sciences and the Data Science Institute.
The blog was created for the ‘Beyond Greenspace‘ project, which was funded by the Economic and Social Research Council Secondary Data Analysis Initiative, used secondary ecological, socioeconomic and health data to deepen our understanding of relationships between nature, health and wellbeing, and was completed in September 2014. Project Funding: ESRC Secondary Data Analysis Initiative, grant ref ES/K002872/1.
The European Centre for Environment and Human Health was developed with investment from the European Regional Development Fund and the European Social Fund Convergence Programme for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
